HELLO AND WELCOME EVERYONE to my very first blog post. I wanted to start out by saying THANK YOU to all of you out there taking the time to view my website, giving me feedback on my work because it truly means a lot to me. For those of you who've been keeping up with my photo shoot schedule, you might already know about this model I've worked with and for those of you who haven't been keeping tabs on my latest adventures - I'd like to introduce you to Alex and tell ya the story about how we met.

So, most of ya'll probably don't know but I used to work for Publix, performing premier customer service and all that good stuff. One day, I think it was on a Wednesday afternoon, I was bagging away being overly hyper and talking to my cashier friend. The both of us are trying to make ideas on how to make money and be the best we can be, ya know the typical American Dream. I told my friend, Anthony, that I was thinking of furthering my own photography business because I just enjoyed getting photos so much. At the same time of this convo, there was she. Alex just being casually down to earth, paying attention to the who bromance convo. I totally didn't expect to make an instant connection but we did. She told me about how I can make my dream (my goal) a reality. So naturally, a super soulful, beautiful gal just had this idea... so I did what any man would do. I asked her out. To her car that is, because ya know Publix is all about that premier customer service. Although she only had one super light bag, she let me take her to her car and we just connected from then forward. I ended up getting her number and we decided that we'd be business partners, that I'd be her photographer. From there it's just been great times and great vibes, two like minded individuals expanding their businesses and it all happened because we ended meeting each other at the right place, at the right time. And honestly, I think that's something we're lacking in today's society - the ability to make meaningful connections with others. Also, how our society is trying to blur out individuality and that's why I've taken so strongly to photography, poetry, etc. Because I feel as a photographer, I get a chance to show another side of a person, an expression, a different view of that person that others rarely or never see.
Whoever is reading this, can you remember a time on how you made a connection with a complete stranger? How'd it came to be, do you still have that person in your life, did it change how you interact with others? If so, I'd like to hear from you!!!
To end this writing I just wanted to say again, thank you to everyone who read this blog, who took the time to view my art. It's because of you that I push forward in this adventure.
